Hello.

Has the profile logic been thought through?

When I set a default profile, I would expect

A) all new pages open into the default B) That firefox always opens the default without request.

This does not happen.

firefox.exe -P is set correctly.

Any ideas? I feel after the profile choice was improved, the basic logic may of been broken.

Hello Mozilla Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with our web-based fleet tracking platform ([https://gpscompany.ae) on Firefox Desktop. When accessing the live tracking dashboard, real-time telemetry data (such as vehicle temperature and location updates) sent over WebSockets fails to update or disconnects frequently after a few minutes of inactivity. Here are the details of the issue: 1. The WebSocket connection opens successfully initially, but stops receiving live data payloads after some time or when switching tabs. 2. The same application works without any issues on Chromium-based browsers, maintaining a stable real-time connection. 3. Clearing cache/cookies and running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (with add-ons disabled) did not resolve the issue. Is there a specific Firefox setting (such as Network/WebSocket timeout limits or Enhanced Tracking Protection settings) that might be throttling or dropping long-lived WebSocket connections in the background? i clicke on Facebook i clicked on any website or app and it keeps satying before it loads that firefox is running why is it doing this so now i can not use firefox

After the last update I keep bein forcefully logged out of my firefox account. And when I manage to log in, my saved passwords are all gone! After restarting firefox I'm logged out again. What's going on?

Playback works correctly usually, but if I jump forward or backwards in time it sometimes never loads. This also completely bricks the whole brower, all other tabs etc, until I close firefox and restart it. This happens on all vods of twitch, and also livestreams where I am able to rewind (subscriber function). When opening a new page in Firefox I am shown a few widgets.

It shows the time of sports events and different timezones. But it shows this in a non-local time format - the 12 hour format (so it says 06:00 PM instead of 18:00).

In about:config I found a setting called "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.widgets.clocks.hourFormat" but what are the acceptable formats to use here? It's not a boolean value, and by default nothing is there. I tried writing 24, HH:mm, and some other things, but didn't notice a difference.

I USED TO BE BOTHERED BY WEBSITES THAT COULD JUST OPEN A NEW WINDOW ON MY TABLET. I FOUND I COULD BLOCK THEM AND STARTED TO DO IT EVERY TIME I ENCOUNTERED ONE. IT WORKED GREAT! LATELY, I HAVE BEEN GETTING SOME FROM HILLSDALE COLLEGE AND I BLOCKED ONE YESTERDAY. TODAY I GOT ANOTHER ONE FROM HILLSDALE WITH A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND WHEN I WENT TO BLOCK IT, I COULD NOT GET TO THAT SECTION. WHERE IS IT?

After updating Firefox to the latest version (154.0) a short while ago, Firefox now insists on adding a “Firefox” icon to my Start Menu every time I open it. I do not need or want this additional icon, as I already have all the Firefox icons I want in exactly the place(s) where I want them. I am not finding a toggle for this behavior anywhere in the Settings menu structure, although I might be overlooking it. Is there a way to stop this annoying behavior besides rolling back to version 153?

(I am running Windows 11 on a desktop PC with all updates installed, and Firefox is set as my default browser.)

When using Firefox and right-clicking is there a way to change the color and text of the pop up box? I do not want to change the theme I am using. The first picture is if I right click on the main screen of a website and the second is if I right click on the menu bar/toolbar. I simply want to change the color at the least of the first box into the second without going to a full dark theme or having the white backgrounds of web pages having to change to black. Thanks.
